Body treatments

Body mesotherapy

It is a minimally invasive technique that consists of injecting intradermal allopathic solutions that help to improve the quality of the skin, reaffirming it and preventing its flaccidity.

The number of sessions indicated will depend on the pathology presented by each patient.

It is important to note that this technique does not aim to lose weight, but to reduce localised body fat.

The treatment will be accompanied by a periodic review of the healthy lifestyle habits, alcohol consumption, healthy diet and sedentary lifestyle of each patient.

PDO Threads (Abdomen)

The purpose of this treatment is to reaffirm the abdominal area by placing the polydioxanone tightening threads, which are collagen inducers, a reabsorbable material that progressively restores firmness to the affected area through the formation of its own collagen. The duration of the treatment will depend on the characteristics of each patient.

Dietary guidelines to follow during treatments

Conscious eating
It is essential that during the above treatments we follow the healthiest possible dietary habits.

A daily record will therefore be kept and reviewed in consultation to find out what we eat and why, and together decide on any necessary changes.

In some cases, intermittent fasting for 3-5 days after the body treatment is recommended in order to maximise the results.

Change always comes from within, active listening in consultation and awareness will be our best allies.

Axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)

In the treatment of excessive sweating which is generally located in the armpits, soles of the feet and palms of the hands, one of the most effective treatments is the application of botulinum toxin.

It is a painless treatment and therefore the application of anaesthesia is not recommended.

It lasts approximately 6 months.

Female alopecia

Anti-aging medicine aims at the prevention and early diagnosis of hair problems as well as the analysis of their causes and the evaluation of the treatments to be followed.

There are four main reasons for hair loss in women:

  • Androgenetics (hormonal imbalance)
  • Menopausal hair loss
  • Postpartum hair loss
  • Seasonal hair loss and stress

Some of the treatments to follow for the resolution of the problems mentioned above are:

  • Review of life habits, healthy diet, stress and sleep management, weight loss and hormonal disorders.
  • Vitamin supplementation (oral, topical, transdermal).
  • Vasodilator treatments aimed at improving the circulation of the hair follicle (oral, topical, intradermal).
  • Anti-androgenic treatments aimed at combating an underlying hormonal imbalance.
